By using this site, and especially by purchasing any items from me, Kafluffle, you acknowledge that this TOS exist, and that you accept these terms and conditions as follows.

General

Shipping

Shipping is handled through USPS, at this time shipping is domestic, USA, only.

Once the package is handed over to USPS it is no longer in my control, and you are at the mercy of the postal service as there is no longer anything I can do. This includes predicted ship times as the postal service may be operated slower or quicker than anticipated. 

Product Intent and Usage

All products are designed and made with an adult end user in mind. This means that products for sale are not made for children, pets or otherwise. The decision to allow such groups to interact with these products is at the sole discretion of the purchaser. 

Premade Items

Manufacturing Environment 

Products are handmade, produced in house. The house in question hosts dogs and cats, this means that while the animals do not directly interact with the products there is a chance of an allergic reaction. Therefore, order at your own risk. 

Processing Time

Orders will be processed and shipped as soon as possible. The processing time for premade items generally ranges from 24-48 hours but can take up to a week. No refunds will be issued in the event that processing time impacts the date you expect to receive your goods in a positive or negative way.

File Usage 

When purchasing an embroidery file, you agree to not redistribute the files for profit or otherwise. You also agree to follow any nuanced rules presented in the description of the file itself, such as the commercial usage of said file.  

Pattern Usage 

When purchasing a pattern, you agree to not redistribute the files for profit or otherwise. You also agree to follow any nuanced rules presented in the description of the file itself, such as the commercial usage of said file.  

Refund Policy

If an order is cancelled before it is shipped out, it is eligible for a full refund. If the order has already been shipped out, there will be no refund unless there is an outlier of an issue in which case refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis, please contact me at kontactkafluffle@gmail.com to discuss the nature of the request.

Custom Orders

If there is an agreement that makes your allergy known to me, I will put more attention into keeping my workspace clean, however due to the nature of fabric, it is possible that a reaction may still occur.

Processing Time

Custom orders are at the mercy of customer conversation, material supply, and number of customs I am currently working on. Therefore, custom items may take up to a month to ship out, but you will be kept updated on the process. 

Refund Policy

If an order is cancelled before it is started, it is eligible for a full refund. If an order is cancelled when work is 50% completed or less, you can be refunded partially based on the amount of work that has already been completed. If an order is more than 50% complete it is not eligible for a refund.
